设备监控的正确使用及设置对生产和设备维护是极其重要的,赢泰的t-win及e-win系列注塑机内均配有监控功能,通过对设备注射时间、材料剩余量以及塑化时间等数据的监视,帮助现场操作人员和维护人员及时找出设备问题,达到快速解决的目的,并提高设备及生产过程的正常运行率。如图所示是WINTEC注塑机的监控画面。 
 
The correct use and setting of equipment monitoring is very important for production and maintenance. The t-win and e-win series injection molding machines of WINTEC are equipped with monitoring functions. By monitoring injection time, injection position and plasticizing time of equipment, the operators and maintenance man can find out the equipment problems in time and improve the normal operation rate of the equipment and production process. 注射时间的监控以实际的射出时间为依据,设定为实际射出时间的正负0.5秒,例如实际射出时间为2.58秒,则监控最大值设置为3.08秒,最小值设置为2.08秒。若正负值设定过小,设备运行过程中会有报警,也无法及时了解止逆环磨损或者喷嘴漏料现象。若正负值设定过大,则可能会发生故障,例如多腔模具的故障,在多腔模具中,若其中一个胶口堵死,则会发生涨模甚至模具损坏(具体正负值设定可以参考车间环境以及PD数值)。
